Annual Report for Western Copper “Best Yet”

Completed in May 2010, our Annual Report for Western Copper is our third year producing one of the company's most important publications of the year.

This year's design builds on the clean typography developed for the financials section in past versions and adds an editorial style introduction featuring an interview the COO and illustrated property details. The design is based on a horizontal double-spread grid and a high-contrast color palette to brighten and add interest to the content. Photography of the management team was commissioned to fit the required wide-frame shots with many requiring digital manipulation to remove reflections of lights and other artifacts as a result of shooting in narrow, windowed offices.

With a limited production run of 500, the Annual Report was optimized for digital reproduction and went through three iterations of hard-copy proofing to fine-tune the color output.

Printing and perfect binding were provided by Bond Repro.
